The founding round
The land is not bought yet. That is the honest position, and the founding round is what changes it. Everything pledged goes to buying the terrace outright and putting it into a yayasan, where it stays protected and is never owned by any Keeper, including us.
195 days until the round closes on 31 March 2027. Nothing is charged while the round is open.
What a pledge is, plainly
You are helping buy a hillside and put it beyond development. What you get back is a place on the digital patch — your name against real ground, kept for as long as you keep the small annual fee current.
What you do not get: any ownership of the land, any share of bumii, any stake, any return. The terrace goes into a yayasan and is never owned by a Keeper, including us. That is the point of the whole thing, and it does not change for anyone at any price.
If the round does not reach its goal, nothing is collected and nothing is owed.
Pledge
Any amount from $10. This records a commitment — no card is taken and nothing is charged today.
The founding parcels
Six Signature Parcels and Parcel One. Each is a particular place on the hillside and comes with a commissioned work by a Balinese artist. These are taken on after a conversation rather than through a checkout.
